What error codes does a student see when they create a hall pass?

In this article, we list the error codes a student sees when they create a hall pass during a Blackout schedule, when they are on a restricted list, or when there are too many active hall passes.

Hall Pass Student Error Codes

  1. Max passes limit: Student has reached their maximum allowed passes.

  2. No Party Group: Another student in the restricted group already has an active pass.

  3. No Pass List: Student is on the No Pass list.

  4. Max active passes limit: System-wide limit for total active passes has been reached

  5. Max hall passes for hall pass type: Maximum active passes for this specific type have been reached.

  6. Not in hall pass type list: Student is not authorized for this pass type.

  7. Blackout window: A blackout schedule is currently active.

  8. Too soon before minimum wait period: Required wait time between passes has not elapsed.

  9. Already have an active pass: The student already has a pass active.
