Awarding Points to Teams or Individuals

Award your users with Points for participating and engaging in activities or events happening at your school. Points can be earned by checking into Events, completing Challenges, answering Polls or can be manually added by approved staff.

Permission Level: Owner | Manager | Group Owner 

Awarding Points for Engagement

Each item that awards points will have an option to choose 0, 1, 5, 10 or 20 points during the creation process. Points can be awarded to students who check into events or respond to posted Polls and Challenges.
This gives all students the same chance at earning points, rather than it being dependant on the inclination of their individual teacher to award points. 

Manually Award Points 

Points can be manually awarded by Owners and Managers by default and Teachers/Staff can be given permission to award points in Points Manager Settings

Award points to a Team

  • Go to Teacher Tools
  • Click Manage Points
  • Click Add Points under Teams
  • Select a Team, the number of Points to be awarded and the Reason and Category for the points 

Award points to an individual 

  • Go to Teacher Tools 
  • Click Manage Points
  • Click Add Points under Individuals
  • Select the individual(s) by searching by name or filtering by Group, Grade or Role
  • Select the number of Points to be awarded and the Reason and Category for the points 

Please note - An individuals points will count towards all Teams that they are a part of.
