Use Check In/Check Out in Teacher Tools

Use the Check In feature for managing off campus lunches, flex periods, early dismissals, or off-site trips.

Step by Step:

  1. Navigate to Teacher Tools
  2. Select Assign a Check in
  3. Select Reason
  4. Click Search User - Choose Scan to scan ID barcodes with barcode reader, or Choose Camera to scan ID barcodes with device camera, or Manually search by name/ Filter by Group, Grade or Role
  5. If manually searching, check off user(s) and tap Add to add selected users
