Pass List

One Pass, Two Pass, No Pass & No Grant Lists

Students can also be added to the No Pass list when they are not approved for any Hall Passes.

This can be a permanent or temporary measure depending on the student. When a student is on a No Pass list they will be unable to create a hall pass. Staff will also receive a warning when assigning a Hall Pass to a student on this list and they override the warning if absolutely necessary.

They can graduate off the list with good behavior by adding them to the One Pass or Two Pass Lists.

The No Grant List blocks individuals from being selected as approvers by students and prevents added teachers or staff from creating Hall Passes.
