Pass List
One Pass, Two Pass, No Pass & No Grant Lists
Limit the number of Hall Passes that can be created for specific students by adding them to the One Pass or Two Pass Lists.
Students can also be added to the No Pass list when they are not approved for any Hall Passes. This can be a permanent or temporary measure depending on the student. When a student is on either a No Party list or a No Pass list they will not be able to create their own hall pass. Staff will receive a warning when assigning a Hall Pass to a student who is not allowed to be in the halls. Staff are able to override the warning and issue the pass if they choose.
The No Grant list will restrict any added teachers or staff from being able to create Hall Passes.
