This update brings new and improved role-based My Tools for some users, enhanced mobile filtering, and performance improvements for dashboard metrics, creating a smoother experience for both students and administrators.
💡 Please note: The Teacher's My Tools dashboard has not changed with this update and remains the same. However, we are planning updates in a future release to align it with the new improvements made to the Student and Admin/Managers dashboards.
Key Updates
Student My Tools Dashboard Page (Student Profile Page)
The Student Tools Page has been updated to include tools for hall passes, self-check-ins, and redeemable points. Students can also see overdue consequences, active consequences, and their daily schedules.
The dashboard displays metrics such as overdue consequences, active consequences, and unregistered periods. It updates in real-time when assignments occur, and students can refresh to see the latest information.
Student Schedule on My Tools page (Today's Activities)
- Students can now view their entire day's schedule in one place, with a breakdown of classes and flex time sessions. This offers a more organized and clear schedule view for students.
- Note: More bell schedule enhancements are planned for the next 7.4 release.
Manager, Admin, Owner, District Manager Tools Page
A new dashboard for managing active users, check-ins, hall passes, points, and behaviors. Data aggregates over 7-day and 28-day rolling periods, providing valuable insights via detailed metric reports.
- Managers can now easily view and manage stickers, groups, and assignments using newly added dropdown Assign actions:

- Consequence.
- Managers can click to see manage stickers and groups.
- Managers can quickly see current numbers for each category at a glance and the buttons are clickable and will open the relevant report.
Improved Filtering Experience for Mobile and Reports
A new intuitive filtering UX has been implemented across mobile pages and reports. Users can now filter and select options easily with features like single-select and multi-select filters, filter actions, and collapsible views on desktop and tablet devices.
