      Photo Inclusion During Check-In

      Including student photos during the check-in process enhances identity verification and ensures compliance with school policies. Here's how to set it up.

      Permission Level: Admin | Owner

      Setup Workflow:

      1. Configures Photo Display:
        • Log into the Minga system as an admin.
        • Navigate to the check-in module and select "Check-In Settings."

           
        • Look to the bottom and select "Show student photo when checking in".
        • click save

      You will now be able to display student photos during check-in to help staff verify student identities more efficiently and effectively. This enhances security and ensures compliance with your school policies.
