Points earned within Minga can be redeemed for Rewards to provide incentives for participation, engagement and positive behaviors. These can all be accessed through the Teacher Tools.
Permission Level: Owner | Manager | Teacher | Staff
Once a student has accumulated enough points to earn a Reward, you can go to Teacher Tools to redeem the points.
Step by Step:
- Login to Minga from your computer app.minga.io
- Go to My Tools
- Click on Redeem Points

Search for the student by name or ID or by filtering by Group, Grade or Role and select them.
- Hit Save
- Choose item from the Add To Cart dropdown menu
- Click Checkout
If you don't have enough Points for the Reward you will see a warning that says "You don't have enough points!" and will have to make another selection:

Step by Step:
- Go to Points
- Go to Reports Tab
- Select Redemption History report
- Archive redemption history record as needed.
