Allow Teachers to View Reports

Give your teachers the ability to view how their students are performing, how many actions have been assigned to them, and where they may need a bit of extra help!

Permission Level | Owners

Viewing reports can be a helpful tool in a teacher's toolkit. It gives them insight into how many actions they are assigning their students, how much time their students are spending in the hallways, and where they sit in a progressive disciplinary framework.

By default, teachers do not have access to view all reports in all modules in Minga, but Owners can allow teachers to view reports in one module, some modules, or all modules.

How to Enable Permissions:

Step by step:

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab in the module you would like to grant teachers' report viewing permissions.
  2. Toggle ON the setting Allow teachers to view reports.

This setting is available for Hall Pass, Behaviors, Points, Check in, and Flextime.

Enabling teachers to view reports does not give them the ability to edit reports or to archive/delete entries on reports. This can only be done by someone with the role of Owner or Manager.
