Enable FlexTime Activities for Student Registration

Student Self-Registration

Step by Step: 

1. Navigate to the FlexTime tab in My Tools
2. Click on Register for the period  
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Activity you want to register for: 
   
   

4. A confirmation will appear showing that the Activity was successfully registered for

5. If Student Registration Deadline has been enabled, the student will see the period and a Past Deadline message and will not be able to self-register to an activity 

Students will only see activities that are available to register for. Available activities will show the remaining seats left, a full activity will appear as greyed out with a tag "Activity full," and an activity that the student is not eligible for will show as greyed out with the tag "Not available."

1. Navigate to the Periods tab in FlexTime 
2. Click the Edit Pencil next to the Flex Period you want to enable for Student Registration
   
   
3. Toggle on Allow students to self-register and click Save

1. Navigate to the Activity Templates tab in FlexTime
2. Click on the edit pencil next to the Activity you want to enable for student registration
   
   
3. Toggle on Allow Students to Register and click Save
