See Which Students Are Absent From an Event

This article discusses how to see which students are supposed to be attending an event or dance such as prom but are absent.

1. First - Create an Event 
   1. Click on the Events tab in the left hand navigation menu and then click Create Event 
2. Second- Invite students and check them into the event when they arrive
   1. Click on the event > manage accordingly through the event management console
3. Third - Monitor which students have checked in and which are absent 

Step by Step:

1. Login into Minga at app.minga.io
2. Click on the Event 
3. Click on "Not Checked In" 
   
4. Filter by Not Checked In or choose other reports in the drop down menu such as Checked In or Checked Out 
   
5. Export List as needed. 

Those students who are showing on the not checked in list are those students who are absent from the event. 

Students on the checked out list are students who attended the event but have since left the event.
