How Students Register for FlexTime Activities

This article discusses how a student will register themselves for a FlexTime Activity during a Flex Period.

Students Register Themselves:

Step by Step: 

1. Navigate to the FlexTime tab in Student Tools
2. Click on "Register For Activity" underneath your desired Flex Period
   
   
   
   1. *Note*: Only those Flex Periods that are enabled for Students to Register for will appear. 
      
      
3. Select the Activity you want to register for: 
   
   

1. 1. *Note*: Only those Flex Activities that are enabled for Students to Register for will appear. 
   2. A confirmation will appear showing that the Activity was successfully registered for
      
      

Enable Flex Periods for Student Registration: 

Step by Step: 

1. Navigate to the Periods tab in FlexTime Manager
2. Click the Edit Pencil next to the Flex Period you want to enable for Student Registration
   
   
3. Toggle on "Allow students to self-register" and click "Save"

1. Navigate to the Activity Templates tab in FlexTime Manager
2. Click on the Edit Pencil next to the Activity you are wanting to enable for student registration
   
   
3. Toggle on "Allow Students to Register" and click "Save"
